Paytm now offers multiple services from Online Recharge to shop products Online. So while you shop any product or do an online recharge from Paytm you can download the Invoice of your delivered order from the Paytm Portal.
Downloading the Invoice of your Paytm Order will help you to keep a record of the purchased product or service in the form of a soft copy on your device, and you can also print the Invoice later on if required. So the below guide will help you to know how to Download the Invoice of your Paytm Orders.

The invoice for shopping orders can be downloaded from Paytm Mall Portal and Paytm Mall app. And payment receipt of recharges, bill payment, etc can be downloaded from Paytm Portal and Paytm app. So now let’s know the process of obtaining the invoice and payment receipt from Paytm in depth.
To download the invoice of the product ordered from Paytm mall, visit Paytm Mall official portal and login with your Paytm account credentials
Once logged in, go to my orders section
Paytm Mall my orders page will list all ordered items by you
Just click on the view details of the Order of which you would like to download invoice in Paytm
On clicking on the specified order it will display complete details of the order, if you wish to download Invoice you can do it by clicking on the Invoice button
This will download the Paytm Invoice PDF of the ordered product from Paytm Mall in PDF file format
To download Paytm Mall order invoice, launch the Paytm Mall app on your phone
Login with your Paytm account credentials
Once you are logged in, just go to My Profile > My Orders
My Orders will display all your orders placed
Tap on the order of which you need the invoice
On the next page, the complete order details will be displayed
In the middle of the page, there will be an invoice option
Just tap on the Invoice button and the invoice of the Paytm Mall order will get downloaded on your phone in PDF format
You can open the downloaded Paytm Mall Invoice using PDF reader app on your phone
To download transaction receipt of payment receipt of Paytm Orders visit Paytm official website and login with your Paytm Account details
Once logged in, just hover on your profile name or mobile number and click on your orders
Your Orders will list out all the orders placed on Paytm
To download the payment receipt or transaction receipt of the selected Paytm order, just click on the order of which you need to download the invoice
On the next page, your order details will be mentioned
To download the invoice, just click on the Payment receipt and the invoice of the order will get downloaded in PDF file format
If you want to download the invoice of your Paytm Orders such as Prepaid/ Postpaid Mobile Recharge, DTH Payment, Electricity Bill Payment, Gas Bill Payment, Metro, Cable TV, etc from Paytm App you can do it by simply following the below steps.
Just Open the Paytm App make sure you are logged in with your Paytm Account Credentials
Tap on the menu and under that tap on My orders
My Orders page will display all the orders placed by you on Paytm
Simply tap on any order of which you need to download the Payment receipt
This will open the order in detail on the next page
Just scroll and find download invoice button
Tap on the download invoice button to download the payment receipt of the order on your phone
The invoice that is Paytm transaction receipt pdf will get downloaded, which you can open with any PDF viewing app
The process to download invoice from Paytm in iPhone is also similar like Android.

Hello Priyanka Joshi, If you need Invoice of Electricity Bill Paid, just go to my orders > click on Recharge/Bill Payments tab > Click on Bill Payment Order > and under Recharge/Bill Payment Details you will get Download Invoice button, just click on download the invoice and that’s it. You are done.

Hello Aditya, As of now you can’t download any invoice for your refunds, but you can check whether the amount is refunded to your bank/ card or paytm wallet by checking the Order History of that Product.
